Deadication to my sis Jamie S.

This site is deadicated to my sis Jamie. She always told me to go for my dreams and not to let anyone or anything get in my way. Her words and support are always appreciated during the hardest times in my life. I will always love her and think of the good times we had and always hope for more good times in the future. A lot of people would look at this page and ask how she could be my sister when we are not related. I feel like she does, that there is a spiritual link between us that is not sexual or physical, but mental. Just like friends binding in blood as blood brothers we will be brother and sister with one common interest in "Christian Death". From the day we met until now, we had this connection. In the days to come I feel that this bond will be stronger and stronger unlike any other connection I've had in my life even with my parents, lovers, peers, or friends. This bond I know will never be broken by anyone or anything in our lives. Through thick or thin we will always be brother and sister to each other.

Rozz Williams Deadication

Shadow Project / Christian Death Founder

San Diego club 69 4 NOVEMBER 1992

From the first moment we drove up to the warehouse near Koby's Swap meet I wasin a excited state to meet Rozz. The technician and I went up to one of the roadies and told him we were from KCR to interview Rozz and Eva. After a few minutes Amy Jones, the Agent of Rozz Williams, came up to us and said we were going to do the interview a Rozz's Hotel room rather than at the concert hall. Time went by and in the distance came a shadowing image of a man.The man was Rozz Williams. And he came closer and closer to me. Rozz approached me and introduced himself and said he was Rozz Williams of Shadow Project. He wanted to know if we could do the interview in the motel room. I replied "Sure, what ever you want ".

We followed Rozz and Eva. As we were walking with them I noticed Rozz wasn't wearing his evening Gothic attire (elegant dressing in Gothic style clothing) and make-up. He was just wearing a simple leather jacket. On it was an artistic design and with the words below the design saying "Shadow Project". He also wore a simple, plain blue denim jeans along with Doc Martin leather boots. He had his hair back in a ponytail. Eva was wearing a simple black dress and go-go boots. We walked from the concert hall across the parking lot to his EZ-8 motel room, number 120. We went in the room and sat down. Rozz sat down on the closest bed and reclined back. Eva went to the second bed, furthest from the door and sat on its edge. The roadie came in and set the belongings on the bed. Rozz asked for a beer, which the roadie took from the bags. As the Roadie was getting the beer, Rozz asked if I wanted a beer too. I declined.

Here I interviewed Rozz and Eva about Shadow Project and took a few moments during it to relax and enjoy casual conversation. This was to be one of the special moments in my life, to meet one of the most popular underground Gothic singers in the scene. And because Rozz showed me his personal side of himself instead of one of the images conjured up by the corporate world. He showed a side of himself to me that few others besides his personal friends have ever seen. It's a shame to lose such a creative individual like Rozz Williams in this day and age where such individuals like him are few and hard to come by. It is a great loss to all of us to lose Rozz Williams because of his rare talents and creative thoughts. He was by far the most creative person to exist in our century and will forever not be forgotten.

Long live Roger Alan Painter A.K.A. Rozz Williams November 6 1963 - April 1 1998.

This is a copy of an email from WilliamFaith confirming the death of Rozz

"In the event that anyone either may not have heard or has heard and does not believe it, let this message confirm the fact that Rozz Williams is dead. He was found in his bedroom by his roommate on the evening of April 1st. -- he hung himself. No-one close to him knows why, and no note was left. I am beyond grief and so fucking steeped in disbelief and mourning that I fail to find the words for it. Please forgive the shortness of this statement -- I am in tears as I write this. I just felt that those of you who knew him or cared should know. Know in your hearts that the world has lost one of the most brilliant and wonderful people who ever bothered to walk its ground -- I will miss him in a way I can never hope to explain to any of you.

William Faith"

Peter Murphy

Peter Murphy was the one first Dark Death ordinated singers the 1980's. Most Goths today consider him the Godfather of all Goths. Even tho he himself disagrees with any type of labels especially the label called Gothic. One of the songs that helped Peter and the band called Bauhaus is Bela Lugosi's Dead. This song jumped started him and the group’s popularity. But he had many songs before this one that I and many others can consider hits in his life! He set himself apart from other artist by using theatric’s and lighting as a part of his concerts. Also interacting with the production during the show ( for example telling the light operator during the concert that he needs to follow him with the strobelight around on the stage! Hee! Hee! LoL) Many artists especially Pop artists hardly or never used these things in their gigs. His vocals also gave the eerie feeling to the audience while he sang. Most artists at this time in the 80's tried not to scare the audience where Peter thrived off this mood. He brought a culture to the world that only existed hidden down deep Underground scenes in England and Europe and brought it out in the open for everyone. These elements I feel help curve the world to a different direction on a path in the future. More darker feeling music and art would thrive on the success of one man named Peter Murphy. His music brings a lot of enjoyment in my life where none excited before and help drowns the pain that I go through in my life. Peter's music is full of imagery and feeling. The song like Cuts you up, All night long, and Final Solution are a few examples. These songs help me be creative myself when I can't express myself otherwise. By dancing, singing or even listening to them help me be creative with my thoughts. Because of these things I fell in love with Peter's music and help led me to the direction where I'm in my life now. One of my dreams was to meet Peter Murphy. I got to do this twice in the past eight years so far in my life and enjoyed ever bit of it when they occured. The first one I met in a radio station lobby (the picture of Peter Murphy depicted on this page) and the second one occurred 2001 "Just for Love" tour. My friend who works for a Radio station got me back stage passes. Later that night I met Peter and got the change to tell him how I felt about the tragedy in Turkey, Istanbul (where he resides) and gave my best wishes to him, his wife Beyhan Murphy and his three kids and the citizens of Istanbul. What happen next surprised me a lot! He suddenly grabbed me and gave me the biggest hug I ever received in my life. He then whispered in my ear "My wife and kids will appreciate that and I love you for being a long loyal fan for so many years". I simply thanked him and quickly walked away. The rest of the night I looked for my friend and during this adventure Peter had took part to help me find him. In this moment in my life meeting Peter Murphy brought me fulfillment in my dreams and my wishes to express my deepest thoughts to him on a personal level. To this day my best wishes still go out him, his wife Beyhan and his kids. I will always love him and his music today and forever on.

Anne Rice

I met Anne Rice on Wednesday, 15 November 2000, 6:00 p.m. at the Wal-Mart book signing in Santee. I waited about an Hour outside Wal-Mart. It was cold and windy that night. We were given tickets with a number to beLouis showing Anne photo album admitted into the store to see Anne. While in line I got to speak and know a couple of people. One was an Administrator at San Diego State University. She had a friend with her that also worked with her at the same school. She also had her teenage son who was into punk music. I also met a young lady and her boy friend who were using each other a warning blanket in the cool night. The young lady was getting her book signed for her sister. After an hour we were let inside Wal-Mart where we found another long line. We had to then wait in this second line for another 45 minutes to see Anne Rice. While in this line I saw young teenage girls dressed in black maids outfits that looked like the dresses were from the Eighteen hundreds. These girls were from the Santee glee club. The girls were giving out pieces of chocolate cake to all the people waiting in line to see Annie Rice. I remember one of my friends telling me they thought it was funny to see these happy cheerful girls giving out cake with a bright smile at a dark vampire novelist book signing. It just seems to me too that it was defiantly out of a place thing to see. In this moment I thought on how I could approach Anne Rice to get her to sign my old books. She was only allowed to sign her most recent book now on sale and was not to sign any previous books she wrote.

Anne and Louis at CarlsbadRemembering the last time I met Anne Rice at book signing in Carlsbad I brought my photo album to help her remember who I was. I book-marked the photo album to the pictures of Anne Rice and myself that a friend took. I also decided to what I would say to her when I met her. We moved up to the front of the line as the passing minutes went by. Finally, I was the next one to meet her. So I opened my photo album to the book-marked page along with my backpack. Imoved to the table where she was sitting. There at the table sat Anne Rice and a man to the left of her. At this time I didn’t know who the man was but I guessed it could be her agent. I showed her the photo album and pointed to a picture of her and me at a previous book signing. As I did this I said "Last time I met you was at the book signing

Louis getting his books for Anne to sign at Carlsbad and you signed my books and movie poster. I want to know if you can sign my other copies I own already along with the book Merrick that I just bought." She replied "If you remember the last time you had your books already to be signed. I suggest you get your books out before I change my mind."I looked over at the man to the left of her and he said to me "Open them up and give them to me."Anne saying Thank You to Louis

One at a time I open the books and gave them to him. He prepared each book for Anne and slid them over to her. She signed each one with a thank-you and a smile directed toward me. I took each book that she signed and put them in my backpack as quickly as I had taken them out. When I was done, I looked up at Anne and the man next to her. I thanked them for taking the time to come here and letting all the fans meet and talk with her. She replied,"Your welcome and have a good night and I hoped to meet you the next time I’m in San Diego." I quickly walked away. As I did this, I realized that the man to the left of her was not her agent but her very own husband, Stan Rice. (Wal-Mart photos provided by Fallen 019's singer Rachel M.)
